Location is great, only steps away from the SurAmericana Metro train station, as well as the Estadio Area with the big main stadium and the other sports and recreational facilities and parks. The View, especially from the 12th floor apartment is breathtaking and the natural air flow, when opening the windows in both view directions, is the best. The 7th floor apartment, for which this review is for, is also nice, just that the view is a little more limited and the noise level is slightly higher, but never bothersome. I highly recommend both of Carlos' apartment locations in the same building. The surrounding neighborhoods are quiet, authentic 'Paisa', yet central and convenient to reach via Metro train to the other parts of the City of Eternal Spring Medellin. Thanks Carlos for being such a welcoming and well communication Super Host!

This place is just too much. Amazing location, clean and BEAUTIFUL. Would totally come back Right in front of a supermarket which is very useful.

Tal cual las fotos, ubicación excelente, fácil comunicación. Está cerca a todo. Un espacio bonito y cómodo para estar unos días en Medellín.

Todo muy bien. Buena ubicación, cerca al metro, al coliseo, supermercado. Hay espacio suficiente para estar cómodos. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y mantener limpio todo. Recomendado :)

Excelente lugar con gran ubicación, departamento muy cómodo, privado y limpio. Estuvimos un fin de semana completo sin ningún contratiempo. Muy buenos anfitriones y buena disposición para tener comunicación y aclarar las dudas en todo momento. Gracias Carlos y Margarita.
