Claude and Ozzy were very kind and responsive for any questions or requests we had before and during our stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and lovely to walk around. It’s an easy 5min walk to the harbor and to the water taxi for Valletta. We were in the upstairs room with a separate bathroom, full privacy with the floor to ourselves was amazing. We are so glad we chose to stay in Birgu during our Malta trip and would absolutely stay at Birgu Blue again

Beautiful house in a convenient location close to the ferry and loads of restaurants in Birgu. Easy to get to Valletta by ferry or bus which were a short walk away. Ozzy greeted us and helped with suggestions on restaurans etc. Premises were clean, nicely furnished with a kettle and fridge. Only slight downside is the bathroom/toilet being across the landing with the stairwell to the upper room in between. Didnt make a real difference to us as no one was in room above. All told we had a wonderful few days in Malta, and enjoyed our experience at Birgiu Blue.

We had a wonderful time staying at Birgu blue, the room was perfect, light and airy with the whole floor to ourselves and a superb bathroom. The location is ideal and was just what we were looking for, Ozzy was always on hand for advice either through my mobile or by just dropping into his beautiful shop. The location suited us perfectly, with a choice of restaurants nearby and yet quiet as it was away from the crowds. We took a local boat trip to Valletta most days, highly recommended and is only a five to ten minute walk from the accommodation, and cost two euros, the boat could be likened to a gondola and was one of the highlights of our trip. We had a truly wonderful time and would love to return some day
