We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at Villa Eris. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We particularly loved having access to the pool and barbecue area, which made our evenings really special. The location was perfect - close to many popular tourist attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches for families, such as the high chair and cot provided, and the communal play area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Villa Eris to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Many different issues. 1 . Bulglary. Alarm system in this villa is broken although there are signs saying you are not allowed to use it anyway. I asked them to fix it as I was staying with my young children in the villa. Nobody showed. 2. Very isolated. Not in Peyia as asked for. 3. The reception manager does not actually seem to be linked to Sanders (unusual seen as he has keys to every property) 4. Hot tub not full or working. Was not made aware of this before (this negative part has resulted in a partial refund) 5. You have to pay for heating downstairs. Only told this in the arrival book not in the description. Very cold in the winter. 6. Outdated and stained bathrooms. 7. No hot water without having to turn it on every 2 hours. Had a whole day without water also! The reception manager Harry also offered us a 50% discount if we book direct through him (this was on our first day). Gave us a card. Wont be staying again Positives 1 lovely pool and outdoor area. We had a really wonderful 10 days holiday in Ermis (3) Villa. The Villa was well equipped and had everything we needed, making for a very comfortable stay. The pool was amazing and the aircon worked so well (very welcome in the beautiful Cypriot heat). We used the pool daily and it was regularly maintained by the team who look after the small development of villas. It was so quiet and peaceful throughout the day and in the evening you could even hear the sea below. Great views of the sea and the sunset in the evening from the bedroom balcony’s. We would love to return and will plan to do so again in the future.
