We had a crew of 8 and 2 doggos but there was plenty of space, beds and bathrooms! Kimberly is a super gracious hostess and this is a lovely home! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable and convenient. Great access to 470 and near by to a wonderful park. Absolutely would stay here again!

Our family of 10, six adults, 4 teenagers enjoyed the set up of the house. The finished basement was a hit for the kids! The hot tub was used frequently by most of us. It felt like home with the lovely Christmas tree and decorations. The many candles and fireplace made for a warm and cozy setting. The disappoint was that we did not realize that the home did not have cable to view sports and news. The shoes off was a pain because we could not access the garage from outside the house. One of our family members has mobility issues and not being able to wear her ankle brace with shoes in the house made it difficult.

Her place was such a delight. it was exactly as described and she left treats and snacks. I highly recommend this spot and will try to stay here when we come back to town!

Kimberly is an excellent host. She is responsive and friendly. The house is in a nice neighborhood, clean and homey. Perfect for families and big groups. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My stay in Littleton, CO surpassed expectations. The immaculate house matched photos perfectly. The host's responsiveness and thoughtful touches, especially before my wedding, were remarkable. Amenities were flawless, beds comfy, living areas cozy. Convenient location, safe neighborhood, and great value. I'd return without hesitation. Back deck with firepit created unforgettable evenings.
