It’s a boutique hotel of 7 units run by a professional company. 3 floors with 2 units per floor, with one large unit on the 3rd. The location is amazing being close to a large park where you can run, walk, picnic, or dine at Gun Sipur restaurant. It is also 10 mins walk to Mahane Yehuda market. There are few things that were very important to us and this unit had them all. 1) No street noise at night. Even though the building is close to busy streets, it is tucked in between other houses, which buffer the noise. 2)Handicapped access. A taxi was able to drive up right to the entrance door and unload our luggage. There were no stairs, which made it easy to roll our suitcases straight to the elevator. 3)Central air heating system worked great during our winter stay. The only issue you might have is that the building’s circuit system gets overloaded quite often. They do take care of it as fast as they can but we stopped using the elevator being afraid to get stuck.
