Pros: I totally understand all the previous reviews. But for me, I loved how patient and polite they were with my inquiries and requests. My relatives and I loved how simple the listing was. I also love the fact that it was the corner room, so there wasn't so much noise from the other neighbours. I liked the smell of the bedsheets and towels. Kudos to Carina, Joy, and the female guard in the lobby. Loved the plates, not cheap. I used to work with Airbnb, so I know how it works. BTW: This is something that is out of the host's control, but the MALE guard was arrogant and before checking, he said NO PARKING FOR GUESTS. Areas of improvement: There are a few cockroaches. The mop is so dirty (gross, so dark lol). The master's bathroom is a little problematic for us. The 2nd bathroom doorknob is broken. Windows are not safe for kids, so we had to move the couch. But so far, I like it and will recommend it to my friends if they need an affordable one in Taguig.

Thumbs up...just a place to stay, fits your bill. Near to SM Aura department store and Manila Airport. The contact person Carina is very helpful and can be reached out 24/7...

Good location. Clean rooms. Enough space for 9pax. Grab food can deliver up to your door. Di lng nagwowork yung flush sa common toilet and naiipon yung water sa floor. Sana may extra garbage bags. Overall, it was a great place to stay with fam/barkada.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Carina's place.We felt very homely and comfortable. Complete package with all the amenities included. The area that needs to improve though are the little cockroaches infesting in the main bathroom. Otherwise it is a fantastic place to stay. The lady ( Joy) who assisted us with the WiFi Connections and other enquiries was so helpful and friendly. The security staff were so brilliant with what they do they kept us safe and secure all the time during our stay. They were so polite.friendly and helpful. They have not left any of my questions un answered Overall, it is an excellent place to stay. I will certainly book again in the future. .
