We always stayed in Surf City but we were very excited to have found this gem. Beautiful, cozy, comfortable place to say steps from the beach. Short drive to great restaurants and things to do. Ricky was very welcoming, kind, and responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again and have already recommended to friends and family!

The place was great and as described plus only a few feet from the sand dunes and ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and would do it again in a heartbeat — in fact we plan to return again since it was so easy, calming, simple, clean and nice. I highly recommend the place for some simpler, genuine, more "Old timey" Barnegat Light experience. The only item to be aware of, with no ill-intent that does not reflect on the quality, value, and what a gem-of-a-place is this is a duplex and if there are loud people stomping around upstairs then you will hear it below. It is not a reflection of the Airbnb, or the host, but only a reflection with how respectful the folks living above are if they are dancing or really loud as sound travels downstairs. We didn't have an issue but it could be an issue with a large, loud party above. This is a great place to stay and we loved it and will come again. Thanks for everything Ricky including the ease of checking in and out.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is so close to the beach, we went for multiple walks and each journey was magical. Wonderful time to be on LBI with so few people on the beach. The unit is fully equipped, comfortable and convenient. Ricky provided clear easy to understand instructions and was quick to respond. Appreciate the comfortable blankets, large front porch, and having everything we needed. Thanks

This home is a delightful older home, uncluttered and welcoming, and just right for up to 6 people. The beach entry is steps away and the walkway heading to the ocean through the dunes is delightful! There was no one in the apartment above us, and only one other house on the street was occupied, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The bed in the green room was exceptionally comfortable for both of us, no middle-of-the-mattress hollows! Also, Barnegat Light is a quaint town with history, a bustling fishing business, lighthouse, eateries and little shops, and is very conducive for walking and biking, with an expansive beach area that is totally empty in October, we loved it!
