I have picked this with large group (12 people) staying for holidays. 5 bed rooms (1 ensuite master upstairs, 3 bed rooms upstairs, 1 bed room down stairs). Large dining and lounge area upstairs, spacious patio and backyard with swings, trampolines and playarea for kids. The owners live at the grannyflat and is very approachable. The owner was able to respond to requests from me within couple hours. The main area of the house is upstairs. If you have young kids trips up and down may worry you. Main kitchen is upstairs which it was unconvenient to carry all the groceries and shopping up the stairs. Downstairs has sink area with a refridgerators but no cooking appliances. I did not have read in detail but I realised later the owner does not provide shower emenities. The water supply is from tank so you have to be mindful how much you use. There is also the mild smell from sweage system in the backyard. Fryingpans need change as all food were sticking to the pan even with plenty of oil.

Had a really enjoyable stay, place was very spacious, perfect for the big group we had. Was a really nice house to stay in. Kate was lovely and helpful the whole time.

Had a wonderful time at Kate's place. the house offers many comfortable spaces and a great outdoor area. Kate is very friendly and responsive, making check in a breeze. Highly recommend.

Kate's place was very clean and could easily fit three families. Rooms and Bathroom were neat and clean. Lots of room upstairs and outside as well. We were group of twelve and never felt cramped. Check in was easy and Kate was very proactive in her communication regarding the aircon issue.
