This is such an amazing property right next to downtown Murphys. It was absolutely perfect for our large family and the owner went out of their way with all of the amenities. We would love to stay again when we come back to Murphys.

A lovely and very spacious home. Especially good for a group with a nice area for children. One of the best equipped rentals we’ve experienced. We would definitely come back.

The house was exactly as described with the layout and amenities. We had a few concerns during our stay and we were disappointed that Evolve staff asked us to contact the "local contact". Is the host Evolve or the "local contact"?

The place was comfortable and close to the job site. It is always wonderful being in Murphy’s. It was nice having 3 of our workers staying in a comfortable place vs a hotel for the last two years of a project in Copperopolis. I was able to stay and visit after work with the girls. I have lived in Calaveras County for 59 years and have a ranch in murphys, myself. Appreciated the extension allowance another week for one of the girls, Desiree. She enjoyed her last week alone at the place as well. Enjoyed

Great place to gather for a weekend getaway with family despite the rain! We enjoyed walking to downtown which was less than 10 minutes and the proximity to the snow for sledding. The kitchen was fully equipped, which we appreciated for the nights we stayed in to cook. I do think that families with small kids should know that the room with the bunkbeds is not closed off and is adjacent to the kitchen/dining room. We did have to try to not be too loud after they went to sleep. During the summer, of course, this wouldn’t be an issue since you could be outside. This fortunately did not impact our stay and we had a wonderful trip! Would definitely stay here again.
