Had yet another great stay here, just in time for the garden flowers to bloom. The bed is extremely comfortable, the mini fridge is the perfect size, and the place is spotless. Check in and communication is easy, and the hosts are on site. I appreciate all the little details and storage this place has to offer, as well as the location. My dog also had a great time lounging in the sun while I caught some shade in the sitting area out front. I had a very peaceful stay, thanks for being such thoughtful hosts!

Die Wohnung von Genny war sehr schön und sauber. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön und man kann Santa Barbara super zu Fuß erkunden, was uns nach unzähligen Stunden im Auto gut gefallen hat. Dazu gab es noch einen Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

I usually take a day trip to Santa Barbara since it’s close to LA, but decided to spend the night. Found Genny’s place and def will recommend this to my friends! The place is private and quiet and clean. Mattress is a bit too firm for me, but i still got my much needed rest! The place is perfectly located in downtown SB and very close to my fav bar. Genny is also very responsive and pro-active in our communication. Thank you!
