This room was rented for a friend and he was thrilled with his stay with Roxana and highly recommends this room and the others. Both the house and room are beautifully maintained and fresh, the kitchen area is comfortable to use with tons of fridge and shelf space for groceries, and Roxana provided proactive assistance with checking in, internet access and all the other amenities we used during our stay. The house feels very private and pleasant to be in, but is only a short walk away from nearby shops. Once again, highly recommend this Airbnb.

Roxanna was a wonderful host! Always made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly kind to us. I loved staying here and would do it again. The place is neat and well kept, and Roxanna is responsive to all communications. It felt like a home! Great location as well

Roxana and her husband were very responsive and nice accommodating hosts. The house itself was a nice house but unfortunately it wasn’t organized well and I didn’t have a washer or a dryer for 2.5/3 months I was there. There wasn’t clear boundaries or organization and it was never indicated or communicated that this is a shared house with other Airbnb guests. I was lucky and got along with with the other guests but unfortunately it meant cleaning up after complete strangers. There is also no “quiet” time enforced in the house so eat plugs will probably be a must for whoever stays here because there is activities all hours of the night. The room I stayed in was the master bedroom and it was great. Has everything you need. The rest of the house is like a complete gamble. Kitchen space was always a struggle and like I said, there is no system for anything at all. As a travel nurse who stays in many shared airbnbs and airbnbs in general, I personally would not recommend this place to other nurses or guests for a while because I think there is a lot of room for improvement. That being said, Roxana and her husband are both very sweet and this house has a lot of potential to be a successful and comfortable place for people to stay!
