We couldn't have been happier with Debbie, our friendly host, and the beautiful setting. You feel like you are in a nature preserve where you wake up each morning to birds singing and the very unique calls of howler monkeys. The grounds are spectacular with lots of walking trails taking you from meadows to a creek and river. Though we had choices of restaurants in the nearby towns of San Ignacio and Belmopan, our group chose to return to the Airbnb every evening for dinner because the foods was so good, reasonably priced, and the outdoor dining ambiance was fabulous. Debbie was an exceptional host. She made us feel welcome, shared her extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna, secured wonderful excursions ranging from cave exploration to canoeing, accommodated every special dietary request and even arranged an impromptu birthday celebration for one member of our group. When we had early departures or later evenings, she arranged for us to eat even after hours.

Debbie met us right upon our arrival, and welcomed us with kindness and hospitality. During our visit, she gave us space, but was always available to meet our needs. She helped us with excursion advice and bookings, directions in navigating the country, and recommendations for other services our family unexpectally needed. The resort is beautiful and wonderful, rooms clean and comfortable. We loved hiking the well marked trails and being around a vast variety of animals and birds. Debbie was very knowlegable on the birds, plants, and animals there. One day we arrived back from an outing and she was so excited to show us where we could find the howler monkeys. They were literally a few trees away from our rooms. It was awesome!! The restaurant on the resort offers a variety of foods to extremely satisfy our group of 10, ages 5 to 66. Top notch foods at great prices!!! Debbie and her resort crew helped make our Belize trip fantastic. My whole family is greatful and highly recommends!

We are a family of 12, mom, dad, 5 adult children and spouses. Upon arrival we discovered that Warrie Head is a compound of a bungalow with one bedroom, one bath, kitchen, plus two other buildings, one with 3 rooms and the other with 4 rooms, all with their own baths…clean and comfortable…on incredibly beautiful grounds that are surrounded by jungle! In the center is an outdoor restaurant. It’s the most serene jungle experience you could hope for…you can walk on the jungle trails, swim in the spring pool, see wildlife…and drive to all the San Ignacio activities. Blair and Debbie are the owners and hosts, live on site and they, their daughter and staff treated us like family. Much love to them for being part of our experience. The restaurant food was delicious and they even met special requests (like getting papaya!). They hooked us up with recommendations, reservations and were our go to local guides. A fantastic experience we were lucky to find!

A fantastic place and an even more awesome host. We stayed at Warrie Head resort as a group of 12. Pretty much had the entire resort for ourselves. The resort is amazing (beautiful grounds, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed). On top of this, the hosts (Debbie and Blair) were super nice. Accommodative of all our requests, Took care of all our shuttles and local tours and very friendly. I highly, highly recommend staying in their resort.

Warrie Head is a GREAT Deal - we booked the place out and from start to finish Debbie was beyond helpful, friendly and welcoming She helped to arrange transportation, prepared lunch ready upon our party's arrival from the airport, booked excursions and was ready to answer any questions we had. Warrie Head is so beautiful and peaceful and it seems debbie and co are always working on improvements! can't wait to come back
