I have been going to this complex for over 5 years now. The property is gated, with security at night. The property manager takes pride maintaining the grounds. Burma"s condo is well equipped where she is always available if needed to communicate. Great wifi. Burma takes pride in her ownership, her Condo showes it. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. the bed are comfortable. The elevators will take you on the 4 th floor to the condo, where large windows open up to an amazing balcony. The patio furniture is there to enjoy spectacular views of the pacific ocean, along with sunsets & sunrises. There are 6 restaurants that are available within walking distance, a corner store, fruit & vegetable stand. This condo is perfect for guests that want to relax and have peace and quiet. There is a nice pool. I enjoyed Burmas apartment, we made great family memories at the Miramar. Burma, will go out of her way, she sent a baby play station for my sister to use. Awesome! Guy.

Très bel appartement, très spacieuse, avec une vue magnifique et terrasse très agréable. Building très calme et très bien entretenu par le concierge. L’appartement est très bien équipé et tout est là pour cuisiner (et tout de très bonne qualité). La plage est très agréable et on se sent en parfaite sécurité. Ne manquez pas d’aller le matin au marché de poissons ! Nous recommandons sans problème ce très bel appartement.
