One of the best places we have ever stayed - exactly how it is described and pictured in the listing. These hosts clearly have put a ton of effort into making everything as perfect as it can be, and it was. The house is very clean, feels new, and is fully stocked with anything you would ever need, down to beach toys, a wagon, chairs, crib, highchair, everything you would ever need for cooking (things like spray oils etc. that we have had to buy at other airbnb's), and even small things like plastic bags and Tupperware. The hosts are extremely communicative and streamline the experience including sending the home and area guide electronically ahead of time, and setting up a personalized code for entry. Note that the shuttle comes around when called or every 15-20 min but if you don't want to wait the walk to beach or pool is only 5 min. The beach club is nice to have and they bring you chairs and towels. It also has nice bathrooms and a restaurant/bar. Great AC! Book it.

Amazing place!!! I loved that they had a binder of all the rules and places to do and places to eat. It was very thoughtful of them to do that. Overall a beautiful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We felt right at home; the rooms we’re comfortable, the kitchen was overall well stocked (minus grilling utensils), the bathrooms were beautiful, clean, and well stocked, and the kids loved the garage stocked with beach and pool supplies! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Everyone we passed walking was friendly. We really enjoyed the shuttle services and it made our beach and pool commute so much more enjoyable! The drivers were super kind and fun to talk to! The beach services were great as well it was so nice having chairs and umbrellas provided! The beach was nice and clean and not crowded at all! Same for the pools! We went to both daily! All of us enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone! P.s. We will miss the screened in deck! My favorite room!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Do yourself a favor and book for more than two days. AJ and Jenise were proactive, provided very clear check-in instructions, and ensured the property was squeaky clean. I look forward to booking again.

We had a wonderful family weekend celebrating our daughter’s 34th birthday. The townhome was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had 7 adults and our 18 month old grandson. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The beach shuttle was great.
