Great place to stay! Only a 10 minute drive to ozark outdoors. Would stay again.

This was a very cool and unique place in a small town. There are a few places for RV’s to park and 10 units of these “Tiny Houses”. The house was very clean and a lot larger than I imagined! There’s a giant pond stocked with a ton of fish that’ll keep you wanting to go for more. I was very impressed by the quaint surroundings and was worth it. Tina is very communicative even when we had an issue with a stray dog that kept coming on the property, she handled it and got it back to their owner. Thank you!!

We were very happy with our stay. The house was extremely clean and the grounds were well kept. The kids really enjoyed walking around the pond looking for frogs and trying to spot other wildlife. They had fun on the playground and roasting hotdogs in the fire pit behind the tiling home. The deluxe was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. We were not far from Mermac Caverns and Ozark Outdoors. We did the tube lube at Ozark Outdoors and the river was perfect for kids under 10. There was a nice place to stop and swim at the end of the float as well. The tiny home had everything we needed to cook a few meals and to rest on the front porch in front of the pond at night. This we a relaxing weekend away. We didn’t have very good cell service so I recommend printing driving directions or saving them to your files.

Amazing location to check out new things! Super quiet and relaxing, everything is clean and above my expectations. Everyone was super nice and willing to help out with anything you needed. 10/10!
