I spent 3 nights here and the setting is lovely. The house is very well appointed and cozy. The hosts communicated well. I would stay here again and highly recommend this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kevin's place. The house was cute and cozy, and very clean. We loved the back porch, where we could enjoy the propane fire pit, comfy couch, and views of the lagoon. We felt tucked away and it was the perfect retreat for a recovery weekend after running a half marathon nearby. We didn't communicate much with our hosts, but that's because everything was so wonderfully prepared for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed/wanted, and the beds were firm and very comfortable. We'll definitely be adding this place to our favorites and would love to stay here again.

Very lovely new building. Thoughtfully laid out. We took lots of notes for our own home! The perfect amount of cozy. The kayaks were easy to launch and super chill. We discovered more fab restaurants this time. Jupiter bakery for scones. The Oystercatcher for dinner. And the Bay Leaf for a fine charcuterie board with champagne. We so so so enjoyed this place. And the hosts’ lovely generosity. Highly recommend.
