Conveniently located within 3 miles of 8 unique wineries & breweries, this custom-built cottage is perfect for a long weekend exploring Loudoun VA’s wine country with friends and family. Looking to get active in the mornings? Hop in the car and head west 0.5 miles to the A.T. Trailhead for a hike—Raven Rocks offers gorgeous views year round. Custom built in 2015, this cottage has all the charm that goes along with a property in historic Bluemont with all the luxury amenities you want in an upscale city hotel. The property is situated on over a half acre with ample backyard space for grilling, hanging out, and enjoying a fire, either conveniently from the propane fire table or from the fire pit located on the patio. Inside you’ll find new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a stacked washer/dryer and smart technology throughout the home. Both TVs use the Roku platform and come equipped with all the standard streaming platforms and more. Each room is connected to Google Home allowing guests to ask Google for recommendations, the forecast, to turn the lights on/off, or just to play some soothing music throughout the house. All three bathrooms are outfitted with radiant heated tile floors so you’ll never feel cold coming out of the shower. We thought it was a very nice house and a beautiful location we were in town for our nieces wedding. The house was nicely stocked and clean. We would gladly stay again when we find ourselves back in the area.

We had a wonderful time in Bluemont VA. The home was very clean and the location was great to visit the wineries.
My family had a great stay in Bluemont. The house was fantastic. Very clean. Spacious and cozy at the same time. The back porch and yard were fantastic. My kids loves playing in the yard. The location is phenomenal. For a cabin in a very small community, there is a ton to do close by. We were able to take in wineries, breweries, restaurants, and a farm all within about 1-2 miles from the house. Would absolutely recommend the house and location to anyone. We've already discussed renting the house again for another trip.

Located on a side street off of Snickersville Turnpike, the neighborhood is quiet, but populated with other homes. During the warm months the Bluemont Farmer's Market operates from 11-3 on Sundays across the street at the E.E. Lakes Store. At the end of the street is the original end point for the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad (W & OD) which guests can walk to and explore.
The driveway can fit 3 compact cars or two larger SUV/Trucks. Parking is also available across the street at the E.E. Lakes Store. For groceries or a quick sandwich, guests are walking distance to the Bluemont General Store, approximately 0.25 miles from the house. For other guest experiences a car is highly recommended.
