If you are looking for a cosy and rustic getaway with your favorite person, ‘Elm’s Den’ is a perfect spot for you. Access your own wing of the homestead that is guarded by a beautiful old Elm, through the private entrance from the vineyard. Open a bottle of our local wine, put a record on the turntable and kick back on the lounge with 180 degree nature views. The paddock rock and Oregon timber walls radiate country charm and the large main room with its wood fireplace in winter and natural coolness in summer is a place you hardly will want to leave. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to stay in and has a gas stove, electric oven, microwave and all the tools you need to prepare a beautiful meal. We provide pantry basics including our own cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, spices & herbs, and you will find some fresh farm eggs and milk in the fridge. And there is a nice little Weber BBQ ready for your exclusive use. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and an electric heater for the colder nights. We provide lighter and warmer doonas depending on the season. There is a choice of firmer and softer cushions and all bedding is top quality and hypoallergenic. The separate TV room has a large flat screen and a comfy sofa to relax on. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and Netflix and Foxtel are provided. You have your private road to the cottage with dedicated parking for easy access with your luggage across the level lawns.
