It has access to the market, as it has shops in the vicinity that will meet the needs of guests by foot (bakery, mini market, pharmacy, grocery store, bookstore, souvlaki shops, coffee shops, pizzerias, tavernas and restaurants offering fresh fish and freshly homemade Greek meals), as well as frequent bus transportation that will take you within a few minutes to the central market where you can enjoy a variety of options. It is only a 4-minute walk from the nearest city bus stop, which you can easily reach from the center of Artemida up to the nearest metro station to the center of Athens. The location is quiet, with breathtaking mountain views from any room, and offers great relaxation due to the unique aura coming from the sea. It is only a 6-minute distance from the magnificent ancient Temple of Artemis, as well as the archaeological museum of Vravrona, places with great archaeological interest and unique energy. Ideal if you want to go hiking in the area's only wetland that embraces a thriving field emerging from the Erasinos River. As a 2000-Natura protected area, the wetland of Vravrona is one of the most important wild life shelters of Attica, with a really unique rich ecosystem that attracts various land predators (foxes, ferrets, jackals, badgers), as well as flying predators (Eurasian sparrowhawk, peregrine falcon, long-legged buzzard, short-toed snake eagle e.t.c.), while its fresh waters that flow out at sea create a brackish water ecosystem of fish that feed seagulls, herons and king fishers. Just down the road, you can visit the Papagiannakos Winery, the first bioclimatic winery in Greece with special design and construction, which received the Architectural Prize 2008, awarded by the Hellenic Institute of Architecture.
