My family of 6 felt incredibly comfortable, safe, and entertained in this unit and area. It was our 1st visit to PR, and Arturo was notably helpful weeks before we arrived. He sent videos of the fun and beautiful resort amenities. He was thoughtful in getting to know us a bit so that he could recommend activities that would excite my children, husband, and me! Arturo and team booked our reservations and drivers (Felix & Joy) and provided a crib and other necessary gear for our baby - making our travel much easier. Our flight arrived late, but Annie was waiting for us in the unit. She was so friendly (even brought gifts) and the unit was impeccable! Spacious, plush, gorgeous, stocked, modern, and squeaky clean thanks to Jasmine’s crew. I felt at ease with my baby crawling on the floor. The unit’s views and top floor with private pool are stunning! Arturo’s team acts with genuine kindness, concern, and integrity. They accommodated our special requests and more! Super fun trip!

Communications with Arthur and his team was excellent. Loved the privacy and the location was perfect for us. if your looking to have a private getaway to relax this is the place. Its located on the same ground of the St Regis so you can have your own private pool on the roof top or you can choose to go to the hotel pool (which there is 3) and hang out with other guests. the place itself is exactly like the photos, new and clean. Arturo greeted us upon arrival which was late evening and communicated throughout our stay and recommended places as well as planned our day. This was the first time a host went so over and beyond. I will go back 100%
