Welcome! Whether you're here for retreat or for game-day fun we've provided a peaceful, stylish space to unwind, recharge, and enjoy all that Athens and Watkinsville have to offer. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine or beer in your own private garden complete with adirondak chairs and fire pit after the game, or cozy up next to the fireplace for a relaxing night in after a day of fun around town. It's our joy to create an unforgettable stay for you in our little garden getaway! The private guest suite is located on the lower level of our home. Walk around the front of the house to the private garden and patio area with a private entrance with keypad entry. Upon entering, you will see a small dinette set and a cozy and colorful living space with fireplace. Down the hall is the queen-size guest bedroom and around the corner is the breakfast kitchenette and full bath. NOTES: - BREAKFAST KITCHENETTE: There is a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and lots of coffee goodies provided for you! We do not have a stove or oven and no kitchen sink. We will provide a "bus bucket" that you can place dirty dishes in and place outside so we can clean them and return them to you. We have provided dish soap and sponges for cleaning cups and plates that have not been heavily soiled by food in the bathroom sink. Absolutely no food may be washed down the bathroom sink! - KIDDOS: the guest bedroom can also accommodate an infant or small child sleeping in a portable crib. (pack-n-play not provided)

Quiet place good relaxing environment
We stayed 2 nights for our daughters graduation at UGA and Hannah is just wonderful to communicate with. The space was very clean and so stylish and she left the sweetest note with a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate our daughters graduation. Watkinsville is only an 18 min. drive to campus and there is a Publix right down the road! I didn't get to explore the town much but there were so many options for dining etc. The outdoor space provided for guests is just magical! We sat outside and enjoyed our first night there celebrating with the champagne! It is very quiet and away from all the crowds of downtown Athens, but also very convenient! I recommend this Airbnb with 5 stars!
My daughter and I enjoyed this little north Georgia getaway during my spring break. Hannah’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs and such an adorable space! Squeaky clean & bright and cheerful. The location was great as well. We managed to visit a couple places in Athens, hike at a local park, hike Tallulah Gorge, drive into Helen, and try 3 different local coffee shops during our short stay. I highly recommend this adorable Airbnb!
Hannah has an amazing home! She communicated greatly with any concern and assured that we had everything we needed. The space is beautiful and the area is even more. Any questions you have would be answered quickly. I highly recommend this home if you’re looking to visit the Athens area but stay in a place away from the city commotion. 10/10 would stay again.
Great stay! Clean, comfortable, relaxing, affordable. All of Athens is easily accessible. Owners were highly attentive and readily available. Will definitely look for this place first if we are staying in the area again.

Our 1970s split level daydream is situated in one of Watkinsville's oldest neighborhoods. It is quiet and grown in with mature trees, gardens, and abundant wildlife! We enjoy seeing deer pass through the yard, birds on the feeders, and little chipmunks scurrying around. Our home sits on 1.3 acres and backs up to a large wood, which is visible from the private secret garden entry.
Our home is in an excellent location, close to the Athens loop and downtown Watkinsville. A short drive to antique in Monroe. And a little over an hour to Atlanta.
We are located just south of the Athens "Loop" and just north of downtown Watkinsville. It is a 5-7 minute drive to the Epps Bridge shopping area (Trader Joes, Wal-Mart, Kroger, and tons of retail and dining options), 2 minute drive to a Publix grocery, 6 minutes drive to downtown Watkinsville, 12 minute drive to UGA stadium, and ~17 minutes to downtown Athens.
We have a reserved parking space for guests in our shared driveway. If two vehicles will be on the reservation, one will need to park on the street.
Guests have a private entrance to the Airbnb via the path at the front of our home and stone path leading through the front yard to the private garden and side entrance.

My husband and I moved to Athens from NYC in 2021. We both love hospitality and have been welcoming all sorts into our home for the 12 years we've been married. We've stayed in countless airbnbs in the US and across the world and now it's our turn to host! We love travel, cooking, renovating and designing our home, and gardening. I think our love for these things will come through in how we've designed our hosting spaces.
