Cozy guest house with private deck, hot tub, and kitchenette. This fun and stylish cottage is in the heart of downtown Watkinsville within sight of OCAF and walking distance to downtown parks, restaurants, and shopping. Only 10 minutes to downtown Athens and UGA, this convenient location is great for game days or for exploring the delightful downtown. The only thing better than the pictures is the friendly, helpful host ready to make your stay the best it can be. The guest cottage is a nicely decorated one room bedroom with kitchenette, but packs a punch with all the essentials at your fingertips. There is a lovely sliding door to the private bathroom. There is extra space to dine at the table on the covered deck, or relax in the hot tub or adirondack chairs by the fire pit.

Ashlie was an incredible host. Snacks, coffee, and half n half makes a big difference to this frequent air bnb-er. She made accommodations where necessary and really went above and beyond. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would recommend to anyone.
Highly highly recommend!!! 100% staying here again. It was so cute and beautifully decorated. We had an amazing time and Ashlie was so understanding and nice and super quick to answer if you needed anything!

Ashlie’s place was adorable! The attention to detail for this tiny house was spot on. I loved the added perks like coffee, half and half and a basket of snacks! All her recommendations were delicious and the place is private and quiet.

Directly across the street from Rocket Field and OCAF, home of the yearly Fall Festival and numerous art exhibits. Downtown Watkinsville has ten restaurants, a bakery, coffee shop, three parks, all within walking distance of the cottage.

I'm a small business owner and mom to four. I love rivers and lakes and would love to live near one, one day! I live in Watkinsville, GA (a stones throw from Athens). I play tennis as a hobby, and enjoy playing with my team on the weekends. I enjoy making my home cozy and welcoming, so having a guest cottage allows me to practice hospitality which I also love!
