Place is impeccable. Host is very nice.
Rich and Joan were superb hosts. They extended excellent hospitality while still providing privacy. Their place is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for your stay. My wife just loved relishing every detail of the decorum. The home is far enough away to enjoy “being away” and unplugging, but close enough to plenty of activities in Watkinsville and Athens! Rich and Joan share honey from their bee apiary and fresh eggs from their chickens. You will not be disappointed. This is the place to stay!
Great stay in a very comfortable space in beautiful surroundings. The space was spotless and both the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. The owner even offers complimentary eggs from their chickens and there were also some snacks available in the kitchen. Very thoughtful. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend!
Beautiful home & great hosts
This was the most adorable surprise! The quaint 1 bedroom was spotless and looked as if a Pottery Barn designer had run in just before we came! Close to Sanford Stadium! Will try and book this property anytime it’s just my husband and myself at UGA games. FYI: Had trouble with our GPS/WAZE finding the exact address, but the info provided by the host helped us find it without much trouble .
