Brett has a pretty solid spot if you're ever in the area for a game, such as I was. Not a bad distance at all from the action in Athens. Brett was very responsive during the whole booking process... even with it being a last minute booking. The place is very well kept & rather spacious. Definitely would book again for a game !!!

We had a great stay at Brett’s! The basement apartment was super spacious and comfortable - it all felt brand new. We also heard zero noise, which is unheard of in a basement apartment. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Brett had a very nice finished in basement with everything you need for your stay. He communicated very well with us from start to finish. Greeted us on our arrival and showed us everything we needed for our stay. Neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet. We had no problem relaxing and having a comfortable sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but the only drawback I would see at all would be accessibility for anyone with mobility issues. Had to park at the road and access the entry door to the basement walking through the yard to one end of the house. We really enjoyed it and it was very conveniently located to Athens. Watkinsville is a nice little town and it was no problem finding a good spot for breakfast and coffee the next morning. Brett followed up afterwards as well to make sure we had a good stay. We had absolutely no complaints about our stay and would definitely recommend it.
