A desk overlooking the water offers the ideal perch for travelers who need to do some work during their getaway. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. Streaming is available using your own accounts. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. This home may not be appropriate for guests with small children due to its direct access to the river. No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
