Lulu's was a wonderful first glamping experience. The tents run beside the Knik River, with amazing views, even with the super foggy rainy weather that area of Alaska has been having a lot lately. My friend and I only stayed one night and had places to be, which didn't allow us to use all the cool things Lulu has provided for her guests. I would have loved to chill around a fire by the river, but such is life. The inside of the tent was incredibly clean, trendy, and stocked! My friend said she wished there was a real-ish sink by the shower, as added convenience, as the little ones in the porta-pottys were not great, the one in mine didn't work at all. She ended up using the kitchen sink to wash her face, etc.. I didn't really care about the sink situation, it is glamping after all, but understand the appeal. My only negative feeling about the place is the noise. If you want a true "in the woods" experience, this place may not be what you're looking for, as there is a lot of traffic.

If you’re coming to Alaska - ABSOLUTELY stay here! It’s the perfect glamping experience. My only regret is not staying more than one night!

Me and a friend came out to crash after a lively wedding. It was so peaceful! There was a basket of goodies in the yurt with everything you could possibly need. The Buddy Heater was a little tricky to turn on until I realized the propane tank wasn't open. That yurt got toasty after the fact, though. The yurts stayed dry on the inside during the rainy weather we had that night. Porta-potties were some of the best I have seen ever. They're so clean! Overall, I am happy that my first experience with Air BnB was a success, and I would recommend Lulu's to anyone!

The staff and host were very friendly, we were allowed to check in early and given a tour of the grounds. It was windy but that of course is Alaska lol. We had a great time and will visit again.
