Great and supportive host and fantastic location. A lot of things to do in the area and short walk to Bastille! Apart of stained linens and some dirt on bathroom door handles and dirty toilet brush the rest was fine and most importantly very quiet even though the street was loud - we could sleep in peace. We had issue with cold water in the morning that Ach helped to resolve remotely (instructed to turn a switch and all was good) so a very responsive and helpful host! Overall I give it a 5 star rating as the experience was seamless and a host made us feel looked after:)

Strong points: - Good value for money during fashion week - Appartment suitable for 3 persons - Bigger than the usual French flats we've stayed in - Good location, close to boulangerie, metro station, supermarket - Nice and functionable kitchen Weaknesses: - The bathroom has a cold water problem in the washbasin, hope the owner will resolve it. We only had hot and very hot water in the tap. The shower was fine, both cold and hot water. - We couldn't sleep during Friday & Saturday all night because of the noise from the bar opposite the flat. If you don't stay in Paris during weekend, it probably won't be an issue - Also the entrance door was terribly noisy each time somebody entered or exited the building, and it was quite a lot of times even during the night. It was the most unpleasant thing at this flat. Overall, good value for money in Paris. Thank you!

The stay was great and we would definitely come back! The location was perfect for all our needs and in a trendy area (and very close to the metro). It had all the amenities we needed and was clean. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location - mere minutes walk to the metro. Very responsive host and overall an ideal flat for two people.

It needs some maintenance, but the place is fine for a short stay. Close to metro etc. Close to le marais clubs. You need to pay for a late check-in so keep that in mind. All in all it was good, maybe a little too expensive depending on the space and “luxury”
