I stayed in Carmen's place for 3 months in the winter. The flat was warm and well equipped. Carmen is a friendly and responsive host. The location is very rural, you'll need a car. The nearest shop is 3 miles away but there's good Italian and Indian food within a walkable mile. Lots of nature on the doorstep and great night skies.

Carmen's place was the perfect place to stay for a few months while finding a home after moving. The kitchen is really well kitted out and everything in the house just works like it is supposed to. Carmen is super inviting and was super helpful whenever we had problems or needed some local knowledge. If we had not found the perfect long term rental, we would definitely have extended our stay for a few months until we found it.

My partner and I stayed at Carmen‘s place while we were doing a flight instructor course. The beautiful, peaceful surroundings were lovely to come back to after a hard day’s work. The room itself had everything we needed, for an amazing price. Carmen was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host and was always just a message away! I have already rebooked to stay again, and would highly recommend Carmen’s place to anyone!
