Great location, walkable to Mission trails. Great space for a small group with kids. love the fact the place was dog friendly too.

I am confused about the positive reviews on cleanliness as we had food on floors, dirty kitchen, stained sheets, poop in the backyard, dust/webs, hair, and stench of urine. I have photos. Uyen sent a cleaner later that night but still only the minimum was cleaned. The cleaner had access to the "off limits" garage which is strange that she can enter and exit through there, which means we did not have EXCLUSIVE access. Uyen responded quickly when contacted but was not honest and upfront about issues. She informed me just before check in that there was a fire in the front recently. She shouldve told me right away with the option to cancel. It meant no outdoor fire pit use, smell, and we had to move our car from the driveway at 8am so the burnt trees could be removed. Overall we were uncomfortable and disappointed given how much they charge for cleaning fee and night. The positive things are good wifi, peaceful neighborhood and open layout. The home has a good aesthetic but is unkempt.

Exceptional stay in San Diego with a great home and responsive host. Uyen ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed, reflecting a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

Great location if you have a vehicle. If you have to Uber/Lyft it’s still pretty cheap ($15-$25) to get anywhere worth going (stadium, downtown, beach, balboa park).

One of a kind Airbnb, the bedrooms were super comfortable. The gem of the house is the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is intergraded with the living room allowing us to have a meal and still be able to watch a movie or follow a conversation. The open layout is perfect for a group friends or family! Next time I’m in San Diego, I’d love to come back!
