Had a great stay with our family (10 adults) at Tricia’s place. Clean and comfortable, easy to find and close to the beaches. We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed our time, playing games together and making meals. Supplies like toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. ran out after a few days so you will need to bring your own or make a quick grocery store run to replace. Other than that inconvenience, the place worked very well for our group.

Tricia was very kind and extremely accommodating. She went above and beyond to check in with me to make sure that the house was to my standards and to make sure I was comfortable. This home was everything that we could have needed and extremely spacious. I would definitely rent again while in the area.

Enjoyed our stay. House was exactly as advertised. Walking distance to restaurants. Orlando theme parks are approx 60 mins away, close but far enough away to enjoy a quite beach town. It had everything we were looking for this vacation. Great location close to many public beaches along with retail stores that made getting our vacation supplies a breeze! Comfortable, clean, and has plenty of space for a large family.

This place is sparkling clean! Spacious, light, and airy! A great place to escape from the everyday life! The location is centrally located. Quick drive to the beach or downtown area while still feeling tucked away. We loved all the games that were included! Perfect space for entertaining and very comfortable. Located inside a gated community so it felt very safe! From the start it was simple and easy to check in. Tricia and Dave made sure we had everything we needed and have done a wonderful job creating a warm and welcoming vacation home.

Without a doubt the best place I've stayed using Airbnb. This place feels like "home" from the moment you walk in. I'm always a bit nervous with my stays. Communication in a timely manner is important to me. I tend to ask a lot of various questions, but Tricia was Awesome! & What a refreshing personality too 😊 Patient, Kind, Considerate and you can really tell that she Cares about her guests. Even shared with me a couple great local eateries! Morning Glory & Papagallos both are a definite must if u visit the area! I am just overjoyed with how well I was taken care of. I will be back!❤️
