My favorite place and I’ve been on the road for three weeks! Super nice hosts and a very cute little town. Much more reasonable than trying to book in Edinburgh! Highly recommend!

Lower Largo is a beautiful p!ace, a small village near the Firth. Walking on the beach at !ow tide is a delight. Would love to come back.

Susan and Dougi's place is a perfect place to stay, especially if looking to explore the East Neuk of Fife, although their home is literally a hop, skip and jump from the beach in Lower Largo. We had chosen to stay for our 1st anniversary and they both made us feel very welcome. One of the first things that attracted us to staying there was the interesting and artistic presentation of their home, where we felt instantly comfortable on arrival. Both Susan and Dougi provided recommendations for places to eat in the surrounding area. An absolute gem of a place to stay whether for a couple of nights or longer.

Had a wonderful stay with Susan and her husband. Her communication in advance was fantastic, they both made me feel super welcome and they have the cutest, most friendly dog (as well as a cat and a budgie!) the location is absolutely lovely - I had a beautiful walk along the beach at sunset. Their home is super cosy and creative. Susan was incredibly understanding when I had a very unfortunate coffee incident on the fresh white sheets (not my finest moment!) - she was so lovely about it and changed them right away, without making me feel even worse. And finally, her husband got up at 7.30am on a Sunday to make be breakfast which I was not expecting, but it was so kind and I was very grateful as there's nothing open nearby at that time! Would 100% recommend ❤️
