This place was not good. It was very out of the way. This is a very small area, not even a town. I asked Jose how far it was from La Leona, Waterfalls, which was the exact reason I was coming there. He said it was 40 minutes away, but it ended up being almost 2 hours away. Everyone should know is that there are no gas stations, or bank machines for an hour and a half from this location. Also, the photos would imply that the house has a nice view, this is not true. Whatever the photos are, that you see, none of them are of the view from the house. There is no view. It is a very basic house, in a very out of the way location, with no view. It also took at least 45 minutes on a terrible road to get to this place. I would never recommend coming here. . They also locked the other two bedrooms, even though we were two women that needed our own beds. We were forced to share There’s many places that are much more enjoyable than this one, and are a lot more easily accessible.

The good news is the family that manages the property is super friendly. The check in had me running around one town over and waiting 45 mins for the host to respond even though I messaged him 4 hours earlier to tell him the exact time I will be there. Be aware the internet is .2 Meg up and .2 Meg down. The Washer wasn't hooked up and there isn't a dryer, just a spinner so I didn't bother trying to do laundry which was a bummer as I had been traveling for a week and was really counting on doing laundry.

Beautiful place and very close to some really cool waterfalls. We stayed here on our way north from Liberia to Nicaragua and it was perfect!

très bonne communication avec Jose qui est très réactif environnement calme et de détente Gerardo et Zelmira qui s'occupent du logement sont adorables et disponibles la cuisine de Zelmira est excellente et locale, un vrai regal pour info prévoir un peu de temps pour les activités car route non asphaltée sur plusieurs km......

Maison conforme aux photos. Endroit très éloigné, routes très difficiles pour s’y rendre. C’est à 1h40 de route du parc national Rincon de la vieja contrairement à ce que l’on pensait. Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire dans le coin. Ils offrent des tours dans le coin, mais ils n’ont pas vraiment de guides qui parlent anglais. Les proprios parlent juste espagnol. Bon déjeuners d’inclus.
