Brook farm cottages are a little gem . They were exceptionally clean, well kept , fabulous location , 5 minutes walk from the beach . The cottages are in the most beautiful countryside and extremely quiet . Mike is a fabulous host , very friendly , and offers up a great cake . We couldn’t fault our stay and will definitely return Kev & Di Kate & Jes

The cottage was fabulous and a rare gem. It’s well equipped, with brilliant fixtures and fittings, e.g. high end toilets and wash basin. The roof windows allow brilliant natural lighting, giving the property an airy and crystal feeling. Textiles were amazing too, with soft and plush towels and crisp bed linen. Mike has been an amazing and proactive host, providing full sets of children crockeries and story books knowing that we are travelling as a family. Our little one became a fan of the Disney stories instantaneously. Mike also kindly complimented us with a deliciously locally made cake, which was enjoyed by the whole family.

We had the perfect stay at Dapple Cottage, it has everything you would need for a relaxing getaway and is in a great location that you have everything within 25 minutes.
