Rented this home for my family during the Christmas holiday. The size was perfect for all 8 of us. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room/common areas accommodated us as well. A storm occurred a few days before our arrival so there was debree in the backyard but we were still able to use it. The host was also helpful in fixing up a few things in the house that needed to be tended to. All in all we would return again for another holiday gathering.

We had a fantastic family gathering here for a full week. The house is so big and has a place for everyone. It has very nice views of the bay you can just sit and relax without worrying about entertaining your guests separately, it has such a beautiful view. It's on a hill so the near by store is at least 10 minutes drive and Ubers or any cab service would take 15 - 20 minutes, so planning is necessary though it's not huge.
