The location is very convenient with just a few mins walk to the metro station. There’s also a department store Le Bon Marche that’s walkable distance if you are into luxury shopping. We didn’t mind the five flights of staircase but it is certainly not for people who have mobility issues.

Me and a friend had an amazing stay here. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris and the view from the window is amazing. Everything is clean and new.

Loved this apartment. It is a fifth floor walk up so be prepared but you won’t need the gym between that and walking the city. Bon Marché around the corner and many inexpensive great cafes. The location is excellent and the apartment while small is well equipped and laid out. Recommend!

This is a really charming place in a great neighborhood. Obviously equipped with very good new appliances. However, you need to find and read the manual to operate some of them. For visitors from the US, some like the washer/dryer, are unfamiliar. If you need adaptors for your electronics, bring your own. My only criticism is that the central living space needs a second chair, one that could be used for reading, sitting by the window, or watching tv. There is only one actual chair in the apartment now, a small one at the table. A second chair -- a comfortable reading chair -- would make a big difference in how the central living space could be used.
