A lovely mid-century modern house that perfectly accommodated 10 people for a winter weekend. Immaculate preparation and the layout worked well for four family groups (all related), including a toddler and two 6-10 year-olds. The kitchen is well equipped and we all fit around the big dining table. The three bathrooms were as nice as what you would find in an up-market hotel. It was not the winter conditions we were expecting (no snow at all) but the sun was out all three days and we spent a lot of time at the beach. Pilgrim Haven is a 20-minute walk and Van Buren SP a five-minute drive. I can see this working really well in the summer, where some could hang out at the pool while others ventured out to the beaches.

House was a great space for extended family stay. Only negative were some maintenance issues that can easily be attended too.
