Fabulous stay at Veronik’s condo! It lived up exactly to the description and photos - it was extremely clean and comfortable! Veronik provided very detailed instructions and even a diagram for parking and the lockbox and she checked in a couple of times via AirBnb message. We really felt that this accommodation was excellent value and we would strongly recommend it!

The start of the stay was stressful, not the fault of the host who was most helpful at this time, but the Airbnb website is truly awful. I am not a fan of having to install an app (security concerns) so was relying on instruction in the emails I received prior to check in. I received 4 emails at the same time, 3 just informed me that an image had been sent, but did not include the images which were critical to finding the correct parking spot. I should not have to install your app to see the full content of messages. I had trouble logging into Airbnb on my phone. The option I chose made me do 9 capture tests involving moving trains around "for security". This is nonesense and deeply frustrating with a low phone battery in the dark, cold and blowing snow. Airbnb inconveniences your customers so you can use them to train AI models. In the end, I installed the app -- without the app Airbnb is unusable.

Really enjoyed my stay. So close to the Mont Saint Anne and the place is super cute. Super clean and pretty.
