Jennifer's place is a lovely garden retreat! Caffe Vita is just a short walk away and makes delicious cappuccinos. The path to Seward Park along the water is also a highlight.

This spot was very enjoyable for a long weekend getaway. It is quiet, very comfortable and well appointed. The plush linens lived up to the description, too! The surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous and full of well taken care of and historic homes. The lake is just a couple of blocks away, and there are some great restaurants and fun shops a short distance up the hill. Getting into downtown Seattle was easy and pretty quick. The host was very responsive (though we needed for nothing). Would definitely recommend this property!

This was our third stay at Louis and Jennifer’s retreat, they are welcoming and responsive, the space is super-clean with lovely amenities, an excellent spot for a south Seattle stay.

I've stayed at Jennifer's place a few times now. It's my go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Seattle. The unit itself is cozy and comfortable, with lovely views out into the garden. The neighborhood is delightful - just a couple of blocks from Lake Washington and beautiful walks along the lakeside. There are stairs to get up to the house from the sidewalk, so anyone with mobility issues may have a challenge - but the fact that the house and unit are above the street means it's quiet and private. I've already got my return visit booked!
