We had already given our feedback on the 2nd bed and the shower. We forgot to mention that the fridge doesn't work well. It's not cold as we think the seal is too old and becomes defective. We tried to ensure its close tight but we think it's leaking the cold.

Appartement très bien situé (proximité du Parc de la Pépinière et du centre ville). L'aménagement de l'appartement est conforme aux photos, la cuisine aménagée est pratique. Toutefois, l'appartement nécessite un entretien général : Ménage à améliorer, un nettoyage du canapé est fortement recommandé, une intervention sur les volets également, grille-pain et réfrigérateur à remplacer (devrait être changé suite à notre remontée). C'est un appartement ancien qui a du charme et du potentiel. You In a répondu à nos questions avant et pendant le voyage. Merci

The good.; This light and airy first floor apartment is in the perfect location facing the Pépinière Park, next to the Old town centre. Nancy is a lovely place to visit. The less so: the check-in is a bit convoluted, the lock box is about 30 metres from the place and is attached to a rail/fence, we were looking for a bar (lost in translation). Street parking is a bit lucky dip, but is cheap, and easyly managed with the App. The apartment needs a bit of Love and Care.The place obviously get cleaned all the time, but needs a thorough deep clean to deal with dirt in the less obvious places, lamp shades and other bits need repairing and the couch cushions need a steam clean. The fridge is very old and the washing machine does it own thing no matter what washing programme you choose. The shower itself is great but doesn't drain very well so you risk flooding the bathroom. All things that are easily remedied. Despite the room for improvement, this place is great for the price. Recommend

We had a great stay. Perfect place to get to know Nancy, very close to the park, restaurants and old town. Feels like living in Nancy..
