Minha estadia em NYC foi perfeita e o apartamento do Joe foi fundamental para isso. Ele é mais bonito que nas fotos. O Joe foi extremamente acolhedor. Precisei de algumas coisas ao longo da estadia e ele foi super gentil em me ajudar. A localização é surreal, a poucos passos da Times Square e de todos os teatros da Broadway. Tem tudo pertinho, supermercados, restaurantes, metrô. Vivi os dias mais incríveis da minha vida nesse apartamento. O banheiro com banheiro e chuveiro forte são magníficos. Cozinha completa! A cama é super confortável.

Excelente elección. A pesar de estar en una zona ruidosa, el apartamento estaba estratégicamente en un lugar tranquilo y sin ruidos. Temía que fuese oscuro por ser primer piso, pero no fue problema.

I can’t say enough good things about Joe and his place. He was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions I had. He also provided awesome restaurant recommendations. There’s a burger place at the end of the block that was so good and it’s right next door to the best cookie shop! The apartment is super cute and looks exactly like the pictures. Having a washer/dryer was so incredibly helpful after walking around the city all day. There’s a target right just a short walk away for any grocery shopping and all the attractions are super easily accessible or even just a short walk away. Despite the apartment being so close to everything, we never dealt with too much noise/chaos around us. This place really is absolutely perfect. If we were to come back to New York, we wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else—we’d make sure to book Joey’s place again.

Joe’s place is just like the photos and extremely convenient to the theater district. Communication was great. Check in and out we’re easy. We had a great time.
