It was a nice stay, but you need to understand what being in a tree house means

We were lucky enough to be here with perfect views of a full/super moon! The unit was literally in the tree line of the jungle of Tulum—so serene. Carlos who works at the welcome desk is so kind and helpful as well as all the staff at the restaurant on the same property (Mamasan). The best sushi/Mexican fusion place ever was just a block away as well as tons of other stunning restaurants. Only change I would make is if we could have controlled when the shade cover was open/closed over the windows. Awesome value for a great location!

Firstly, the address on Airbnb is wrong (or at least it was at the time of our stay). It’s not beach side. It’s directly across from Taboo beach club. Once we were able to find it, check in was smooth and staff was as very friendly and accommodating. Even though it’s not on the beach, the location is great for going out and being close to most things. This place has a lot of potential to be really cool but it’s just a little rough around the edges design/amenities wise. But price for location is probably more if the draw.

Fantastic experience, the dome was such a cool spot to stay. They took the shade covering off in the afternoon for a beautiful sunset. The Restaurant, Mamasan, had amazing food. The place is exactly as described and just what you need, it’s in the middle of the beach strip and right across from taboo for easy party and you’re able to just tell taxis to go to taboo and they know where to go.
