Good and bad, I guess. Bad: The description was misleading.. the oven, stove, toaster, and dishwasher were all broken. The detached room did not have blinds or curtains on the sliding glass door, which exposed the bed and bathroom to a creepy camera facing directly indoors without the ability to block it. Our guests felt like they were being watched all night, which is unsettling to say the least. Good: The place itself is beautiful, gorgeous cabin in a peaceful seclusion of trees. The host was quick to respond, and getting inside was very easy.

I typically stay at airbnbs due to the availability of the host and their knowledge of the area. If you are expecting the same, I would not recommend staying here. I saw some reviews about the stove not working at the Airbnb and messaged the host beforehand to confirm that it did work. He confirmed and we planned to cook meals on the stove to feed the family. When we arrived the stove did not work and when messaging the host he responded with “I’m really not sure how to help you”. I have never had that response from any Airbnb host that I have ever stayed in. When I messaged him about refunding a portion of the stay due to the inconvenience, he read it and did not respond. Otherwise, the place was nice and the pictures are accurate. I have just never been blatantly lied to by an Airbnb host and have never had one so unhelpful when problems arose. But if you are just looking for a cabin in the woods with only a charcoal grill to cook and an unhelpful host, this might be perfect!

Everything was amazing but the stove, oven, and dishwasher didn’t work. Was a little frustrated because we were told the stove worked. Otherwise perfect location and making house to stay in with plenty of room.

Great place! Beautiful and private, with a great night sky. Cozy inside (though it could use some curtains). Only thing missing is a hot tub! The oven and stove appeared to be inoperative our first night cooking but it was only that the fuse needed to be flipped on and everything worked well.

The cabin was as beautiful as Kevin described but dishwasher didn’t not work oven didn’t not work and couldn’t use top of stove because when you turn the breaker on for the stove it’s incessive beeping would drive you crazy also lighting in bedrooms was very poor and needed more mirrors and lower not all People were tall but other then these thing it was a very clean and beautiful cabin need to tell guests that they need to bring their firewood and has a nearby Dollar General store for necessary items
