Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Indoor and out door dining and cooking. Multiple lounging areas inside and out. Heated pool, fire pit, BBQ, paddle boards and kayaks, usage all included. Short walk to downtown dining, shopping and beach. River views to watch the boats go by, sunset views from the multi level patios. Perfect for families or groups of friends to enjoy a space together. This listing is the upper level of the home. It has a room with a king bed, another with 2 double beds and a 3rd room with a double and a double single bunk. The living room also has a sofa. There is a private patio with dining and lounging area, the pool area is shared with myself, but we rarely have time to use it.

Large and comfy home. Well situated on Dover. We were able to walk into town for lunch and breakfast. Sweet quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Make sure you go to the 2nd (glass ) door to gain access. Very well supplied with nice view. Will come back.
Good Location. Host was very good with communication. Nice stay, very quiet area.
Beautiful house, so much space! We enjoyed the pool, the fire pit, the decks and the kitchen was huge, had space for all 10 of us! Jodi answered our questions within minutes, communication was excellent. The beach was a 10 minute walk away, it was perfect.
Stay was as advertised, location is nice and the pool was kept warm.

Nice quiet residential neighbourhood on a very safe street. Lovely views of the river and sunset!
Very close walk to downtown shopping and dining, the beach, tim hortons, mini golf, and the theater. You can kayak and paddle board right from the dock, or inquire about boat dockage to get out to the lake right from our dock.
