We really enjoyed the secluded setting and natural beauty surrounding David's home. The home accommodated our group of 11 very nicely. It was a very pleasant stay.

Would absolutely recommend staying here. It was perfect for our full family of all ages. The location is beautiful and remote so you can be outside without worrying about noise complaints. We stayed for our wedding weekend and David and Mia were phenomenal hosts. He accommodated us for anything we needed, and helped us book rental tables for outdoor hosting. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience and hope to come back next year to celebrate our anniversary!

Great place, driving distance to several key city’s such as Charlevoix, Boyne, Petoskey and Bay Harbor. Lots to explore and many places to eat that fits your appetite. David was fantastic to work with, provided recommendations to fit our needs and attentive to anything we needed for our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

David’s house was great. Clean, private, comfortable beds and lounge areas, large kitchen and family room. David was lightning fast to respond to my inquiries and he left a ton of material for things to do in the area.

David’s place was the perfect spot for our wedding party to stay! He was quick to communicate, incredibly accommodating, and helpful in every way. We loved how beautiful the place was and how close to our venue/downtown Charlevoix it was. We would all stay here again in a heartbeat!
