Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site. Streaming with own account logins available. Dock with room for boat (6'-deep water). No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
