For two days we had to call and have issues addressed with the ac unit not cooling the house, TV issues with the cable system and ants in the kitchen and the master bedroom. We've used you guys for another rental in the neighborhood and had a lot better stay. Wanted to entertain my mother for birthday this trip. Didn't have the best of times or comfort. I will say this. The two young ladies assigned to address our issues and concerns were great. It just was not the best experience for the cost or celebrating my mother's birthday.

The house itself was nice. The price was fair. The pier and pool in the neighborhood were cool, although neither one are walking distance from the house. However, my family & I rented this house under the impression that we’d be able to use the boat lift and dock behind the house on the canal, as advertised on the air bnb listing. On our 3rd day there we received an email from the property management company, Vacasa, stating that the dock and boat lift are private and not available for use. The email also stated that boat trailer parking was not allowed in front of the house. So we had 2 days left in our vacation and we had a boat on a trailer that we weren’t allowed to park at the house we paid for. We left & booked another air bnb and filed a complaint with Vacasa. I emailed and called them several times only to receive a message back saying our request for a refund for the days we did not stay there was denied. When we got home we contacted air bnb and we’re immediately refunded.
This place is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures! Very clean, the kitchen was more than well-stocked and it was very easy to use. A very quick and easy drive to the beach and some great local restaurants. I only wish we had booked more days!
Beautiful home in a gorgeous location. Short drive to beach and downtown. HEB and Door Dash Delivery available. Very nice community pool that overlooks the bay. Loved it!!
