Lovely place, very central and great communication by host

I gave a 5* review because Lucienne was very flexible with the dates and the living space was gorgeous. The AC in the living room was also necessary and very useful. It was great value for our group of 4 visiting Nice for 9 days. So overall I would recommend this place. That said, there are a serious of minor issues to be aware of: - for check-in, we had to pick up the keys at a separate hotel 3 minutes away. Not a big deal, just something to be awar - there is only 1 bathroom (1 shower, 1 sink and 1 separate toilet), not 1.5 as the description stated - the wifi password was wrong so we had to check the router - the bathroom sink and showers were clogged so the plumber had to come in 3 separate times to fix it (the first time resulted in a leak to the unit downstairs) - at checkout, the cleaner told us we had to take out the trash ourselves and just stood by & watched while I took our trash outside. I'm fine with taking out the trash if I'm not already paying $100+ for cleaning fees

We loved our stay in Nice! The host was very flexible and understanding with us arriving several hours after the specified check-in time and we really appreciated how incredibly pretty, clean, and inviting our place was too! Having A/C in the Airbnb’s living room was much appreciated during our summer visit compared to our other Airbnb stays that only had a few fans. The only thing we saw that could have been improved upon was the lack of toilet paper (SUCH a minor thing though)- my two friends and I were staying at the Airbnb for 5 days total, but we were only given 2 small rolls and were told we’d have to buy any additional toilet paper ourselves. Other than that, it was a truly wonderful stay! Out of all our Airbnb stays in France, this place was our favorite!

Our apartment was very spacious and clean had everything we needed. Great location in the centre of Nice. Communication from Lucienne was great too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Pour un séjour de 6 nuitées fourniture insuffisante: serviettes, shampoing …Très grand appartement mais il manque des draps et couvertures et un minimum pour cuisiner: sel, huile… Nos 2 autres Airbnb à un coût nettement moins élevé fournissaient tout ça en plus de pain, beurre, confiture, café, papier hygiénique… L’absence de micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle m’avait échappé lors de ma recherche. Je n’en reviens pas encore qu’un appartement si coûteux n’en soit pas pourvu!
