Such a nice space (the photos don’t do it justice — the renovation is so tasteful), and such wonderful hosts. Needed a late check out and they worked through options with me very reasonably. One thing to be aware of: Airbnb did not translate the “no elevator” part of the description. It’s a few flights of stairs up. There was also a gym pictured; I didn’t read the description close enough, and thought it was in the building. (And thought if it had a gym it would have an elevator too). Normally, not a problem, but I had an injury that made life interesting. So just make sure you’re ok with stairs and luggage!! Nevertheless: it’s a wonderful base to explore Paris, and if I’m injury free and fine with the stairs, I would absolutely be back again!

Piero & Biagio were great hosts. Proactive communicators and very helpful. The space is beautifully renovated, and well appointed. Its location is incredible, and extremely centrally located in the heart of Le Marais. It makes easy work of good shopping, eating (and drinking), sightseeing, and getting around Paris. For extended stays, or those intending to work from this space, the WiFi, while very fast, would occasionally reset or cut-out, but overall was moderately reliable. The kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials, and nice high-grade appliances. Good find, great location, and helpful hosts! It will be my first choice the next time returning to Paris.

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement haussmannien luxueux au cœur du 4ème arrondissement. La vue sur la Tour Saint-Jacques est tout simplement magnifique, et le quartier, à la fois animé et paisible, est idéal pour découvrir Paris. L'appartement offre des prestations de haut standing : une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain luxueuse et une décoration soignée qui rendent le lieu chaleureux et accueillant. La literie est également très confortable, garantissant des nuits reposantes. Un grand merci à Piero et Joe pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur réactivité. Leur gentillesse a rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris. C'est une adresse à recommander sans hésitation pour ceux qui recherchent la qualité d'un hôtel 5 étoiles avec l'indépendance d'un appartement !!

The stay at Piero's Airbnb was nothing less than spectacular. He was the nicest Airbnb host we have ever had, the recommendations and how he accommodated us was beyond any other Airbnb host. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and in the best location. It felt very safe and one of our favorite parts of Paris. We loved the neighborhood and the design of his apartment. I cannot recommend this stay enough, we will definitely be back! A trip we won't forget. Thank you so much for everything Piero!
