Welcome to our little yellow house on Kansas Avenue. It is set back from the street with a large front yard and a fenced in backyard. There are lots of windows in the house that let in lots of sunlight for a bright, airy atmosphere. It’s located short distances away from a good selection of restaurants, but you can also prepare your own meals in our stocked kitchen. We are not far away from some fun experiences like the Kansas State Fairgrounds, the Cosmosphere, or the Salt Mines. There is a stocked kitchen with a bar and dining room area. Use what you need to from the cupboards or fridge. There are two bedrooms and another bonus room. If more room is needed for a larger group, we can arrange bedding for the bonus room. There is an unfinished space in the back of the house that we have curtained off.

The home was very spacious, clean, and quiet. I wanted a place to visit with all my children and for my grandbabies to be able to play for the short time I was there. The bed we used was very comfortable (the bed is usually a complaint I have at most places including my house). It was close enough to shopping and eating without being directly in town. I was contacted soon after leaving about a phone that was left belonging to my son’s girlfriend. Other places we have stayed have not been so kind. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Over all it’s a really great place, very well up kept. We loved our stay, would stay again. Extra bedroom, beds are very comfortable. It’d be a cute little get away home for anyone.
