This was a great place to stay! A beautiful home away from home. There was plenty of room for our large group. The kids bunk room was a great hit! There was plenty of extras too, we thought we would have to do emergency trips to the grocery store, but it turned out the little extras ( like condiments ) were already there. We even had popcorn and a movie night because that was in the cupboard! 😄 We were able to take walks down the serene road, sled on the back hill and utilize the street and driveway for sports. And there were restaurants and shopping just minutes away. We had a blast! 5 Diamond Listings were great to work with. They responded quickly to all correspondents, and when the hot tub needed work it was done right away. They even accommodated an early check-in when we arrived into town ahead of schedule. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

This is a great place with a great location, I didn't like that the water heater I think is too small for a place with four bathrooms and when all the bathrooms are used at the same time, the water is not hot enough. Other than that I recommend installing shades on the bedroom windows, because they are cristal clear now and if you get out of the bathroom naked the neighbors will see you or at night you get the moon light the whole night on you face. The biggest problem in my stay was the host, I will never stay on any property managed by them again. We made a fire at night to do smurfs with the kids, next day she called me screaming and saying I can't do that, I tried to explain that, that was not in any of the house rules or the rental agreement they made me sign, she said that I can't talk just listen to her, so rude as she was a Sargent talking to a soldier in the army. They need to be professional and explain all that in the rental agreement I'm not local and don't know the rules.

Powder and Par is a Beautiful home nestled in the mountains. Super convenient to Keystone Ranch golf course. So peaceful at night too. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The house was absolutely beautiful and made for a perfect stay for a keystone ski trip! The house is about 10 minutes down the road from the keystone resort and supplied everything we needed to make it a perfect stay! The hot tub was amazing and much needed after a day on the slopes!
